St. Paul's UMC is in Houston's Museum District, between the Texas Medical Center and downtown Houston. Parking is free of charge in two lots across Fannin Street from the Sanctuary, and the church is within a block of both Museum District MetroRail stations. In 2012 the church redesigned its front lawn to create the Bankston Green, an urban park centered on the labyrinth.
