The 5-circuit labyrinth was created with deer resistant plants. The primary plants are yarrow, lavender, Russian sage, lamb's ear, moonbeam, bee balm, irises, along with reed feather grasses and Shasta daisies. Wild plants such as queen Ann's lace, wild yarrow, milkweed and joe-pye weed create keep the labyrinth from feeling too formal. These heat resistant plants receive full sun all day. In the spring, the labyrinth has over 400 blooming daffodils. The labyrinth changes all the time and you are welcome to visit. If you contact me before coming (which is not necessary) it does give me time to clean up any pile of weeds I may have in the paths.
