The Global Harmony Labyrinth commemorates the first sister city relationship, between Nagasaki, Japan and Saint Paul, Minnesota. Its name is taken from the peace charter between the two cities. It is located in Como Park, Saint Paul, a public park. The labyrinth is situated in the NE corner of the park.
