Many maps of Questhaven Rd. are out of date due to the recent construction of San Elijo Hills, a nearby master planned community. The west end of Questhaven Rd. off of Rancho Santa Fe Rd. has been renamed to San Elijo Rd. Questhaven Rd. now begins near the San Elijo Town Center. The south end of Questhaven Rd. off Harmony Grove Rd. has been closed. Questhaven Rd. can now be accessed from Twin Oaks Valley Rd. off Hwy 78 in San Marcos.
