From Washington Ave heading south, turn right onto Moores River Drive. Drive 0.4 miles to the small roundabout (you'll see the park to your right), turn right, then right again into the parking lot. The labyrinth is on level grass between the pavilion on the hill and the sidewalk/river. Look for the two park benches.
