Mahara is on the Tapu/Coroglen road, half an hours drive north from Thames, The Tapu/Coroglen road is well signposted, and 1 hour from Coromandel. This is a classical seven circuit Labyrinth. It was made from earth walls originally but found it too hard to maintain. With the help of my daughter and son in law we planted it with 558 Buxus hedge plants that we had grown from cuttings. This was on 1st Sept 2007. All plants are growing fantastically well and a pleasure to walk. A ley line runs through the property giving and extra potent energy.
