The 9-circuit Lead Graffiti Labyrinth is located in the Fairfield development in Newark. We wanted our front yard to veer from the standard grass lawn by attracting and feeding birds. We use blueberry bushes to establish the turnarounds. Additionally, we wanted to avoid the normal symmetry for the turnarounds, so we made them in random positions. While the labyrinth is on private property it's frontyard location near the street is open at anytime for anyone to walk. The circuits are outlined by concrete half spheres we cast for the project with a 1,230 pound rock in the center for resting and contemplation.
