From Great Bend: Heartland Farm is an oasis of peace located an easy 14 miles west of Great Bend. Take W. Barton County Rd. (10th Street) west from the 4-way stop sign at 10th and Patton (where HWY 56 turns south) for 13 miles. When the pavement ends, continue west on gravel (Ave. X) for one mile. Turn south on CR 390 for ½ mile. Heartland Farm will be on the west side of the road.
