go c. 3 miles west on Highway 12 from 101 in the heart of Santa Rosa. Turn left on Wright Road at the stop light. Take a left at the next stop light onto Sebastopol Road, go 3 long blocks and take a right on Fresno Ave. Go c. 1/4 mile, first parcel on the right past the obvious development. Look for pine trees.
