The Relaxation Circle Program was initiated in 2005 at the McPherson Women's Unit of the Arkansas Department of Correction in Newport, Arkansas. It expanded to the Hawkins Unit at Wrightsville, Arkansas the following year. This program is part of the mission of the Beacon Community Project in Conway, Arkansas. Camille Lagrossa is the program sponsor.
